*Gallery, Camera and Photos. Some of our Services require us to have access to your images and other information from your device’s camera and photos. The reason is to be able to save the work you do in our apps (like save an emoji or edit a photo) in your phone gallery.  We’ll access your camera and photos only after you give us your consent and we’ll not see or recopilate any of your images.

* Information Collected by Cookies and Other Technologies. Like most online services and applications, we may use cookies and other technologies, such as web beacons, web storage, and unique advertising identifiers, to collect information. App Extension Keyboard Information Collected

All permissions related to install and use third party keyboards are necessary to make the keyboard work in your phone. We will not ever log any sensitive data. We may track or otherwise keep record of keystrokes (only of the images) only for statistical purposes and will do so in an anonymized and non-identifiable manner. We may also share such statistical data with third parties or persons or in any other form.

Uses of Information Collected

We may provide access to and uses the Websites and Apps to, among other things, develop, operate, improve, deliver, maintain, and protect our Services, communicate with you, monitor and analyze trends and usage, address customer service inquiries and requests; to identify and record your product preferences; and to send you from time to time information relating to DoggyMojis and Pet Friends, surveys to improve our services, offerings and other promotional materials via e-mail , push notifications and/or via physical mail.

We do not sell, market or rent your personal information. Subject to applicable laws, we may share your personal information with our staff, with its Websites and Apps hosting and maintenance, storage, processing and transmission of data persons and entities and third parties involved in providing Websites and Apps services. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you upload images to any of our apps and website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website

Website cookies

How long we retain your data

If you create an account on some of our apps, leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
